Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• 6 months of similar experience or culinary training

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality standards for member/guest satisfaction
• Ensure kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
• Prepare and cook foods according to recipes
• Operate cooking equipment
• Assist with banquet food preparation

Physical Demands

This role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and compliance with safety regulations.
