Job Description

The Bungalows at Springdale is looking for dedicated Cooks to join our team. Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Director, the Cook will be responsible for food preparation, ensuring quality, quantity, and service schedules are met while upholding hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve meals according to menus and standardized recipes.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to sanitary standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas and operate dishwashing equipment per safety standards.
  • Record food and equipment temperatures, production quantities, and taste evaluations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • One year of related experience in food preparation.
  • Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred.
  • Current SERV Safe certificate or willingness to obtain one.
