Calumet Trace Senior Living is looking for a dedicated Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of our Dining Services Department.

Responsibilities

• Promptly address and resolve any food services issues with team members and leaders.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner dishes and support production or service.
• Follow health, safety, and infection control practices meticulously.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and maintain organized storage of food items.
• Assist in maintaining a professional and courteous environment, addressing resident concerns with care.

Requirements

• Serve Safe Certification may be required as per state regulations.
• Experience with the elderly population is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds, and perform tasks for extended periods.
• Successful completion of background check is mandatory.
