Job Description

We are seeking a talented Cook III to join our team at TPC Sugarloaf. As a Cook III, you will be responsible for advanced food preparation methods, portion control, and maintaining high standards of quality and sanitation in the kitchen. If you have at least two years of experience in culinary trades and are passionate about creating exceptional dishes, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of food production to ensure member/guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and storage areas.
  • Prepare menu items according to plating specifications.
  • Operate cooking equipment and perform basic cooking functions.
  • Supervise kitchen staff in the absence of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in food preparation or culinary training.
  • Knowledge of safe food handling procedures and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to quality standards.
