Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated part-time Cook to join Charter Senior Living. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to create culinary delights that bring joy to our residents' lives. Your role will involve coordinating with the Dining Service Department to ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Get to know residents by engaging in direct communication and reviewing their records.
• Orient new residents to their living environment and assist in their adjustment.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of high-quality meals and maintain a clean dining area.
• Monitor food service stations, refill supplies, and assist with meal service as needed.

• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Compassion for seniors and a genuine interest in meeting their needs.
• Willingness to learn and develop caregiving skills in line with our community's values.
