Job Description
Triton Stone Group is seeking a Route Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As the face of Triton, you will visit fabrication shops, selling tools, sinks, chemicals, and slabs, with the potential to earn a base salary plus commission exceeding $80k annually. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be self-reliant, and have exceptional time management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Visit fabrication shops weekly to sell tools, sinks, and more.
- Generate daily call logs for efficient communication.
- Increase sales from each fabricator.
- Respond promptly to communication channels.
- Collaborate with suppliers to educate customers.
- Maintain inventory, address shortages, and explore new products.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are crucial.
Requirements
- Self-starter with high flexibility and professionalism.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of products is preferred but not mandatory.
