Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Crew Lead to join Duininck Inc., a reputable Heavy Highway & Civil Construction company. As a Crew Lead, you will supervise and coordinate activities of our crews, ensuring top quality workmanship, safety, efficiency, and team satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project needs and communicate tasks to crew members.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and incident reporting.
• Lead and direct construction workers, fostering teamwork and pride in work.
• Analyze and resolve worker issues; collaborate with HR for necessary actions.
• Manage maintenance needs of equipment; maintain professional customer relations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in heavy civil operations construction, asphalt/paving experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, surveys, and job specifications.
• Demonstrated knowledge of utility construction materials and methods.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in various weather conditions.
