Job Description
Corewell Health is seeking a CT Technologist to join our team. This full-time position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. As a CT Technologist, you will provide healthcare services by conducting cross-sectional computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures. Responsibilities include preparing patients, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring images are of high quality for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities
- Verify patients' clinical history and prepare them for procedures.
- Operate equipment and position patients to capture accurate images.
- Administer contrast media and evaluate images for quality.
- Ensure proper patient identification and adherence to protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Certification in Computerized Tomography (CT) or Nuclear Medicine.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Physical Demands
Demonstrated ability to lift, carry, and operate equipment with physical demands up to 50lbs occasionally.
