Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT exams using the latest imaging equipment. Your role will involve ensuring high-quality images for interpretation while prioritizing patient care and safety.
Responsibilities
- Verify patient identification and physician orders.
- Provide procedural information and educate patients prior to exams.
- Perform CT procedures, including administering contrast media when necessary.
- Operate CT imaging equipment proficiently and ensure quality control.
- Monitor patients during procedures and maintain a clean exam room.
- Utilize hospital computer systems effectively for documentation and communication.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certification by ARRT and Basic Life Support Certification required.
