Job Description
We are hiring a Lead CT Technologist at Corewell Health to provide coordination and supervision of technical personnel involved in CT exams. As a Lead CT Technologist, you will optimize quality and efficiency by overseeing compliance with departmental standards and ensuring patient and family-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor daily work schedules to ensure safe and efficient patient flow.
- Support site objectives and maintain accreditations and standards.
- Provide leadership and conflict resolution, fostering effective communication.
- Train and assess staff competencies, assist in selection processes, and conduct staff evaluations.
- Ensure equipment cleanliness, patient safety, and compliance with radiation exposure standards.
- Educate patients and families, perform radiographic procedures, and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to Corewell Health's values, standards, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate from a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience, with advanced/3D scanning proficiency preferred.
- Certification by the ARRT with additional CT certification if applicable.
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers required.
- Demonstrated commitment to Corewell Health's mission and values.
