Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced CT Technologist Lead to join Corewell Health. As the CT Technologist Lead, you will have supervisory responsibilities, coordinating technical and support personnel in the acquisition and processing of CT exams. You will ensure the efficient and safe flow of patients, maintain imaging quality, and assist in maintaining accreditation standards. Clinical instruction and leadership skills are essential in this role to support our commitment to Patient and Family Centered Care.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily work schedules and monitor patient flow to optimize efficiency and safety.
- Support site and system objectives, including accreditation standards.
- Demonstrate effective leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Train and evaluate staff, ensuring competencies are met.
- Maintain cleanliness, equipment safety, and adherence to radiation exposure standards.
- Provide patient education, perform imaging procedures, and use hospital systems efficiently.
Requirements
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certification by ARRT with additional CT modality preferred.
- BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required.
