We are currently hiring for the position of Lead CT Technologist at Corewell Health. As a Lead CT Technologist, you will be responsible for coordinating technical and support personnel involved in the acquisition and processing of CT exams. Your role will involve assigning and monitoring work to ensure quality and efficiency, overseeing compliance with policies and procedures, and providing clinical instruction as needed. Responsibilities
- Lead daily work schedules of staff to ensure efficient and safe patient flow.
- Assist in achieving site and system objectives and maintaining accreditations.
- Demonstrate leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
- Train new staff and conduct annual competencies for CT techniques.
- Assist in the interview process and annual staff evaluations.
- Ensure equipment cleanliness, patient education, and radiation safety.
- Perform radiographic procedures and use hospital computer systems efficiently.
Requirements
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists with CT specialization.
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
