Responsibilities
- Complete follow-through on orders from start to finish.
- Enter data accurately and process orders and associated documentation.
- Schedule pick-ups and delivery appointments.
- Coordinate trucks and negotiate freight rates.
- Monitor shipped and received weights.
- Review and approve supplier invoices and freight bills.
- Provide support to other departments as required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with trucking companies and scheduling.
