Responsibilities

  • Complete follow-through on orders from start to finish.
  • Enter data accurately and process orders and associated documentation.
  • Schedule pick-ups and delivery appointments.
  • Coordinate trucks and negotiate freight rates.
  • Monitor shipped and received weights.
  • Review and approve supplier invoices and freight bills.
  • Provide support to other departments as required.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with trucking companies and scheduling.
