Customer Exit Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Exit Representative to join the high-energy team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will assist customers at airport rental locations, providing excellent service as they exit the premises. From checking driver’s licenses to offering additional products and services, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their exit process, including checking agreements and licenses.
• Offer additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Enter relevant information accurately in computer systems or handheld devices.
• Ensure vehicles are inspected for damages and report findings appropriately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
• Ability to work outdoors or in an exit booth as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
