We are excited to announce a part-time opportunity as a Customer Return Representative at Avis Budget Group. As a vital member of our team, your role will involve assisting customers with returning their rental cars while ensuring exceptional customer service. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 with the potential for up to a $1,000 Retention Bonus!

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the return process of rental vehicles.
• Record car details such as mileage, gas levels, and damages accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and professionally.
• Efficiently check-in vehicles using our computerized system.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and flexibility for all shifts.
• Prior retail customer service experience is a plus.
