Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience and ensure the store is organized and well-stocked.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise products, and maintain displays.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
