Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will be vital in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Participate in taking inventory and provide feedback on products and issues to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
