Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain tidy shelves, and assist with merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by supporting shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management activities to maintain accuracy.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
