Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
