Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure exceptional customer service. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and equipment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
