Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory and provide feedback on products and store issues.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
