Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, restock merchandise, and maintain displays
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters
- Support in inventory counts and cash handling procedures
- Adhere to company policies, ensure security, and confidentiality
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards
- Carry out other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficient in providing courteous customer service
- Capable of operating a cash register and equipment accurately
- Ability to meet physical demands and handle merchandise
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
