Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to operate cash register and equipment efficiently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
