We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for stocking products, cashiering, and providing excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback on products, handle inventory, and adhere to cash policies.
• Operate equipment safely, interpret company procedures, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficient cash handling and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and multitask.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
