Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in all tasks.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
