Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly, ensuring products are readily available for customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, monitor product quality, and report any issues to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
