Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the Aldi team. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
