Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism by following ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with shopping, communicate effectively with the team and management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
