Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering, merchandising, and stocking duties with precision and efficiency.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately following established procedures.
  • Contribute to inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Capacity to follow guidelines, multi-task, and pay attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and handle merchandise safely.
