Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. From cashiering to stocking shelves, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
