Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will contribute to the overall store appearance and customer shopping experience by handling merchandising, cashiering, and stock responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
  • Follow cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines diligently.
  • Adhere to safety and security protocols to protect merchandise and customer information.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment and machinery efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
