Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Assist in store inventory counts and monitoring for accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
