Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. By collaborating with the store team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Assist in inventory management
  • Follow cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Good customer service skills
  • Efficient cash register operation
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
