Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering, merchandising, and stocking duties.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to enhance operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining store security.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
