Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a dedicated store associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Take part in inventory management and store counts.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands and following instructions.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in retail is preferred.
