Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
  • Assist in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling protocols
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain security and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficiency with cash register operations and store equipment
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
