Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Your role will involve stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Offer feedback on products and inventory management
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
  • Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prompt and courteous customer service skills
  • Efficient operation of a cash register
  • Safe use of store equipment
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Meet requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
