Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Your role will involve stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Offer feedback on products and inventory management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
- Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prompt and courteous customer service skills
- Efficient operation of a cash register
- Safe use of store equipment
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Meet requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
