Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain the store's cleanliness.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to ensure a visually appealing store.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
- Experience in retail preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
