Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering, merchandise stocking, and general cleaning duties.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and security procedures.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
