We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the store's appearance is always at its best.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and follow company policies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
