Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandise stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains its pristine appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and operational issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Combination of education and experience equivalent to retail knowledge.
