Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By collaborating with team members and store management, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
