Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our retail store, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Process customer purchases and provide prompt and courteous service.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Participate in inventory management and assist in store inventory counts.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail work experience preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
