Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
