Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere and that our customers receive exceptional service. This position involves merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback on products, and report any issues.
  • Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and various equipment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
