Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and organize merchandise displays
- Offer superior customer service and assist shoppers effectively
- Collaborate with team members and communicate openly with management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Support inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company procedures ensuring security and confidentiality
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
- Ability to maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior retail experience is preferred
