We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and organize merchandise displays
  • Offer superior customer service and assist shoppers effectively
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate openly with management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Support inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
  • Follow company procedures ensuring security and confidentiality
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
  • Ability to maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior retail experience is preferred
