Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI's team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. As a member of the ALDI team, you will collaborate with colleagues, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to inventory management and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
