Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and inviting environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience.
  • Actively collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to cash handling procedures.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of data.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply for this role.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
