Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service, merchandising, and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock products and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and handle transactions accurately.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience operating equipment like electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
