Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's operations. From stocking shelves to cashiering, you will ensure that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
